EARN (Empowerment, Action, Resilience, Networking) is a team of seasoned corporate and performance improvement professionals. Founded by Dr. Matthew Meyer a highly educated engineer, workforce development expert and peak performance coach, EARN was born out of his own desire to help companies and individuals grow, learn and do more in shorter burst of focused effort. Over his years of experience in higher education and economic development, Dr. Meyer met other professionals who share his vision and passion for helping others and who have joined his team.

Noureen Shaikh, lead curriculum and learning development director, has nearly 25 years experience developing learning systems for biopharma, advanced manufacturing, and IT companies. Most recently, she developed TetraU for TetraScience, creating product training for client companies on the cloud-based drug development tools sold by TetraScience. Noureen has experience developing sales enablement training using Articulate Storyline, advanced level product presentations, instructor and student training manuals, and helped companies identify LMS for their business requirements.
